Mix the basil with the pine nuts, Parmesan cheese and olive oil to a firm pesto. Season with pepper and salt. For the bread, knead the mix together with the water and butter into a nice ball and let it rise for 40 minutes. Now roll out the bread into a large slice and smear it with the pesto. Now roll the dough up tightly and cut slices of 1,5 cm from it. Place these in a baking tin and leave to rise for another 30 minutes. Bake the bread in the OFYR Pizza Oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Break the bread into pieces after baking. Bon appétit!
