Preparations

Place de wooden bottom of the box in the cover and place the Camembert in there. Make with a sharp knife crosswise fine incisions in the top of the cheese. Sprinkle the cheese with thyme, garlick, chili pepper and nutmeg. Sprinkle the cheese with honey and Worcestershire sauce. Place the box for 10-15 minutes on the cooking plate till the cheese is nicely melted. In the meantime one does toast the bread in a crispy way with some olive oil on the cooking plate. Put the toasts at random in the cheese and serve the dish straight away.
