Divide the blueberries between 4 ovenproof bowls. In a different bowl, combine the butter, cane sugar, flour, almond powder and Smokey. Stir until you have a crumbly dough. Sprinkle the crumble over the blueberries. It does not have to be spread out evenly, the bowls are allowed to look like a rocky landscape.
Place the Pizza Oven on top of a medium fire. Once the oven is thoroughly heated, bake the crumble for about 30 minutes until the crumble has turned a light golden brown.
While the crumble is in the oven, mix the Poseidon, quark, lime zest and honey. As soon as the crumble is done, pour the quark mixture over the bowls.
