Prep your Rustic Bread
Take a rustic farmhouse loaf and make deep cuts with a serrated knife, going just past halfway through the bread. Make as many cuts as possible without slicing all the way through.
Fill The Loaf
Now the fun begins: generously fill the cuts with all kinds of tasty ingredients – various cheeses, herb butter, herb cheese, slices of smoked fish, courgette, tomato, strips of bell pepper, onion, pesto, and fresh herbs. Anything goes, as long as it melts or roasts nicely.
Warm on the OFYR
Place the filled bread on the OFYR and let it warm through gently for about 15 minutes.
Serve on a beautiful board to share.
