I haven’t received a confirmation of my purchase
A confirmation email is sent as soon as we have received your order. If you have not received this email, please contact us at customerservice.ofyr@fyrongroup.com or call +31 (0)165 74 31 10.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as you have not received a shipping confirmation, it is still possible to cancel your order. Please get in touch with us via the contact form. You can also make use of your right of withdrawal as described in our Terms & Conditions.
Do I need to pay for my order immediately?
Yes, your order must be paid for during the checkout process in our online store.
How do I file a complaint?
If you have a complaint about your order, our products, or our services, you can contact usb through our contact form.
When contacting us, please include your name, address, order number, and a clear description of your complaint. OFYR aims to resolve your issue immediately or within 14 days. Should it take longer, our team will inform you.
Issues related to delivery or product defects must be reported as soon as possible, but no later than 2 days after discovering the issue.
