If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 14 days of delivery.
As a consumer, you may withdraw from the agreement and return the product within 14 days after receiving it. We may ask for the reason for your withdrawal, but you are not required to provide one.
During the withdrawal period, you are required to handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning. The guiding principle is that you may handle and inspect the product only as you would in a physical store.
If you choose to exercise your legal right of withdrawal, you may do so within the withdrawal period by using the standard withdrawal form, by contacting us through the contact form, or by making any other clear statement. Always include your name, address, and order number. We will send you a confirmation of the cancellation of the contract as soon as possible.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you are required to return the product within 14 days of notifying us, including all supplied accessories, in its original condition and packaging, and in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions we provide.
Return shipping costs must be covered by you. The refund of the purchase amount will take place within 14 days after we have received and inspected the returned product.
If you have opened the package but the product is not exactly what you expected, you may still return it within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure the product is clean, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
