Bacon-Wrapped Dates with Rosemary

Medjool dates, pitted Thin slices of streaky bacon or pancetta Fresh rosemary

Preheat the OFYR Tabl’O
Preheat the OFYR Tabl’O or grill plate to medium heat.
Prepare the dates
Wrap the dates in the bacon or pancetta.
Skewer each bacon-wrapped date on a toothpick (or rosemary needle) to hold it together.”
Grill
Place the dates on the OFYR Tablo and grill gently, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the dates are warm and caramelized, about 8–10 minutes.
Perfect serve
