    Bacon-Wrapped Dates with Rosemary

    Sometimes the simplest recipes are the most irresistible. These dates, wrapped in smoky bacon and grilled with a touch of rosemary, are the perfect bite: sweet, salty, and wonderfully aromatic. A quick and easy dish for the OFYR Tablo that’s guaranteed to disappear from the plate in no time.

    INGREDIENTS

    Medjool dates, pitted Thin slices of streaky bacon or pancetta Fresh rosemary

    Preheat the OFYR Tabl’O

    Preheat the OFYR Tabl’O or grill plate to medium heat.

    Prepare the dates

    Wrap the dates in the bacon or pancetta.
    Skewer each bacon-wrapped date on a toothpick (or rosemary needle) to hold it together.”

    Grill

    Place the dates on the OFYR Tablo and grill gently, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the dates are warm and caramelized, about 8–10 minutes.

    Serve immediately as a flavorful appetizer or snack, ideally shared straight from the grill.
