OFYR Mania
Club Event
Some moments stay with you. Not just because of what happened, but because of how they felt. The warmth of the fire, the aroma of great food, the sound of conversations unfolding effortlessly.
With OFYR Mania, we brought this experience to life. A day where everything came together: fire, gastronomy and people. Where chefs inspired, flavours surprised, and strangers met and left as kindred spirits.
On May 30th, on the banks of De Schelde in Belgium, that vision became reality.

On the banks of De Schelde in Belgium, at the stunning location of Zout Erover — the domain of Kevin Kegeleers and Organic Concepts — the OFYR community gathered on May 30th for an unforgettable day: OFYR Mania. A place where fire, gastronomy and connection came together.

From the very first moment, a warm and inviting atmosphere filled the air. The day began as it should at OFYR: around the fire. Guests were welcomed with freshly brewed coffee, prepared over open fire by the Coffee Crusader, and a refined beauviva of AIX Rosé.

One of the absolute highlights was the opening keynote by Hendrik Dierendonk. With his signature craftsmanship and passion for his products, he prepared exceptional cuts of meat for everyone to taste. A moment that not only impressed on a culinary level, but perfectly captured what OFYR stands for: quality, craftsmanship and the joy of cooking together.

Throughout the day, four inspiring chefs — all brand ambassadors — hosted interactive workshops, sharing their vision on cooking with fire. Kevin Kegeleers, Nils Jorra, Guy Weyts and Koken met Pam each brought their own style and energy, creating a rich mix of flavours, techniques and stories.

Across the entire venue, spontaneous connections emerged. People gathered around the fire, exchanged tips, tasted dishes and inspired one another with their shared passion for outdoor cooking. As always, the fire formed the beating heart of the day: a place where time slows down and connection happens naturally — even under the heat of a 30-degree day.
