    OFYR Cage XL

    Der OFYR Cage ist das perfekte Zubehör für Profis, die gerne ihre Kochkünste demonstrieren. Durch seine kuppelförmige Konstruktion können die Speisen an den Stahlstangen aufgehängt werden, dadurch entsteht ein einzigartiges und interaktives visuelles Element. Die Zutaten garen langsam in der Hitze des Feuers: Fleisch, Fisch, Obst und Gemüse. Da der Cage am äußeren Rand der Platte befestigt wird, bleibt die Kochfläche frei, um andere Gerichte zuzubereiten. Die Zutaten können an Spießen und S-Haken an den Stangen aufgehängt werden.
    Für die OFYR Kocheinheit PRO+ und OFYR XL erhältlich. Die ideale Einheit für den professionellen Einsatz und zum Showkochen. Muss auf der Kocheinheit installiert werden, bevor das Feuer entzündet wird. Wird mit speziellen Klemmen und Schrauben an der Kochplatte befestigt. Geeignet für Obst, Gemüse, Fleisch und Fisch.
