The Tabl'O uses Coconut Briquettes to heat up the cooking plate. These briquettes are exceptionally efficient: a long burn time (2-3 hours), great heat, minimal odour and smoke, and very limited waste. They are compact in size and are 100% sustainable as they are made from coconut waste.
